Once the deposit has been received, your reservation will be confirmed, please view our policies:

PAYMENT POLICY: 35% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Equivalent to one nights lodging.
CANCELATION POLICY: 65% REFUND is available if cancellations are made 30+ days prior to check-in date.
NO REFUND is available if cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
